• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, production will begin.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and specifications before production.

• Every order includes up to two (2) complimentary design revisions.
• Any revision requests beyond the first two will incur additional design charges, which will be communicated and approved before further work is carried out.
• Major design changes requested after final approval or once production has started may require a new order or additional charges.

• All prices are listed in [Currency] and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full payment or the agreed advance payment is required before production begins.
• Any outstanding balance must be paid before order collection.

• As all products are custom-made, slight variations in color, size, and print placement may occur.
• Printed colors may differ slightly from what appears on digital screens due to monitor settings and printing processes.
• Printy5 BHM is not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork.

• Printy5 BHM operates on a collection-only basis and does not provide delivery services.
• Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
• Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the agreed timeframe.

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item is defective or produced incorrectly.
• Any issue with an order must be reported within 48 hours of collection and must include clear photos of the issue.
• Approved refunds, replacements, or reprints will be processed at Printy5 BHM's discretion.

• Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.
• Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
• Any design or setup charges already incurred are non-refundable.

• Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, images, trademarks, or designs provided.
• Printy5 BHM is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied content.

• Minor variations in color, print position, material, or finish are normal due to the printing process and do not qualify as defects.
• We strive to maintain the highest quality standards for every order.

• Printy5 BHM's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

• Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing, communication, and customer support.
• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where necessary to complete your order or as required by law.

Printy5 BHM shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, power outages, or supplier delays.

Printy5 BHM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will apply to all new orders.
